What eco-friendly advantages Fine PP boasts

 

Fine PP is a polypropylene sheet which is an environmentally friendly item. Due to the limitations of general PVC products in the strengthened regulation of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and formaldehyde that are generated from Furniture, Kitchens, Flooring, Door and Wallpaper, FINE PP has its great advantages as an environmentally friendly sheet. It also has another advantage in managing its inventory because it is supplied and used generally in one thickness. In addition, FINE PP products with crystalline can suppress formaldehyde released from adhesives used in MDF or Particle Board during overlay or lapping process.

 

The more amount of chlorine is contained, the more dioxin is generated.

And generally, all the PVC materials basically contain a large amount of chlorine. Fine PP is being made of Polypropylene material, not PVC material. So Fine PP fundamentally prevents dioxin from being generated.  And Fine PP is free from formaldehyde and cadmium from plasticizer, so that it has no harmful effects by preventing emission of formaldehyde gas.

In addition, Fine PP has excellent abrasion-resistance and heat-resistance features.

With that feature, Fine PP captures the real nature-like appearance by its special printing process.
